My Yoga Journey: Healing to Teaching.

I fell in love with Hatha Yoga around 20 years ago. Since then I have been in my personal journey of self-development and wellness. Yoga practice helped me to recover from some health issues and to find grounding and calmness in difficult times. Sharing this experience with people around me has always been part of my way of supporting those on my path. 

Recently I decided to deepen my understanding of Yoga and actively broaden Hatha practice in a professional manor achieving a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga, which is fully accredited by YMCA Awards and recognised by the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) professional standards.

As a dedicated Yoga instructor in Llantrisant, I offer tailored classes that foster wellness and personal growth.
